A curated collection of my favorite corners of the internet.

Music

I love listening to music. The following is a collection of music-related websites, playlists, and radio shows that I enjoy on a regular basis.

Radio Shows

Heldeep Radio is Oliver Heldens' weekly radio show. The first half is house, while the second half is techno (Hi-Lo). I listen to this show religiously, and is a go-to when I need energy and focus at work.

A State of Trance is Armin van Buuren's weekly trance music show featuring progressive trance tracks. This show is known for its loyal fan base and has been a staple in the trance community for years. I love hearing Armin's commentary, and the various segments including Service for Dreamers and guest mixes.

Group Therapy with Above & Beyond is a weekly radio show by Above & Beyond featuring trance and progressive tunes.

Drumcode Live is Adam Beyer's weekly techno broadcast, showcasing the latest tracks from his Drumcode label. Known for its hard-hitting beats and high energy, it's a favorite among techno enthusiasts. I love listening to Drumcode to fuel my focused afternoons while coding at work.

Music Exploration Websites

EveryNoise is an interactive music exploration website. This is a phenomenal tool for discovering new artists and describing your favorite genre's more precisely. Unfortunately it is in a state of decline after Spotify laid off the maintainer of the site :(

MusicMap is another interactive music exploration tool. This one is more focused around artist similarity over genre in comparison to EveryNoise.

My Playlists

I sometimes like to make playlists. If you are inclined, they can be found on my Spotify profile.

Misc

USGS National Map Viewer is a map building web app with many different customization options. Fun for exploring.

Powder Game
The best falling sands game. I was obsessed with this for a while.

Sandspiel
A Newer Falling Sands Game. This one is cool because you can also read about how it was built.

Universal Paperclips
Interesting Idle Game. Similar to Cookie Clicker but better.
